How do I place an order?
Ordering is as simple as giving us a call at (402)441-5555, emailing sales@shirts101.com, or starting the quote process online, so we can get an idea of what you’re looking for!
What are your minimums?
Screen Printing: 12 pieces for a 1 color print, 24 pieces for 2+ colors.
Embroidery: None!
Direct to Garment: None!
Heat Press: None!
Promotional Items: It depends on the item and the supplier.
What brands do you carry for clothing?
We have access to hundreds of different brands – Adidas, Nike, Gildan, Comfort Colors, Bella+Canvas, American Apparel, and so many more!

What do you charge for the setup of my embroidery order?
We charge a one time fee starting at $40 to digitize the design, which is essentially turning the artwork into stitches for the machines.
Can I bring in my own pieces of clothing for my screen print or embroidery?
Yes, but we don’t really recommend it.
Often times we are able to get a better deal on garments from our suppliers than you would be able to find at your typical outlet mall or clothing store, so ordering through us will, more than not, save you money in the long run.
Should you bring your own garment, we can’t necessarily guarantee that you’ll have a perfect print or stitch. We all make mistakes, and we can’t be held responsible for replacing your clothing if a mistake does happen.
How can I submit my own artwork/what file format should it be in?
You can submit your artwork by starting a quote, or by emailing sales@shirts101.com.
Acceptable file formats include: .pdf, .svg, .eps, .ai, .psd, .jpeg, .png, .tif, and .bmp. For more information, see Art Guidelines
What if I need items, but can't supply a design?
We have very talented graphic designers who can help bring your ideas to life! Just get in touch with a sales associate and they can help you out!
Can You Print Photographs on Shirts?
If it’s one garment, we can do a heat pressed vinyl. But if it’s more than 1 garment, the best way to answer this is to email sales@shirts101.com so we can give you a more accurate answer based on your needs!
What is the Average Turnaround for an Order?
This typically depends on our printing schedule, but will more than likely be 2 weeks. If you are needing something in a shorter amount of time, we can do rush orders, however, there is a fee associated with rush orders.
Do You Charge Screen Fees?
There are no screen fees, unless you supply your own garments.
