Spot Color

Spot Color application is the most common form of screen printing. This method is great for most designs. Each spot color uses a single screen, and we have the ability to print up to 10 spot colors!

Simulated Process

Colors are reproduced by printing overlapping dots (halftones) of spot colors or CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black). These inks simulate the colors in the design and is a desirable process for realistic prints or photos.

Discharge printing is a method using water based ink that soaks into a shirt’s fabric.  There is a discharge agent mixed into the ink that removes the manufacturer dye in the shirt.  Once a manufacturer’s dye has been removed, the discharge ink will then re-dye that print area a desired ink color.

Heat Transfer

If you need to customize your team apparel with names and numbers, the heat transfer method is the most cost effective way to go.  This eliminates the need to produce screens for each custom letter or number.  The result is a much less expensive way to personalize multiple items.
